The owner of the facility is Mixbud Zenon Michalczuk Sp.k. entered into the National Court Register under number 0000345820 with its registered office in Biała Podlaska at ul. Terebelska 104, which is also the Data Controller.
The Terms and Conditions of the hotel facility are the rules for renting rooms and using the hotel infrastructure.
The description of the rooms, the price list of the accommodation services provided and the description of the scope of individual services can be found on the hotel’s official website at www.hotel-mixbud.pl and at the hotel reception desk.
The Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the contract, which is concluded by making a booking, paying a deposit or the entire amount due for staying at the Hotel.
By performing these activities, the Guest confirms that they have read and accept the Terms and Conditions.
The Terms and Conditions are available for review at the Reception desk.
Hotel services are billed in hotel days. The hotel day starts at 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Upon special request, the facility can shorten or extend the hotel day free of charge – subject to room availability. This must be confirmed each time by a receptionist.
The Guest’s wish to extend the stay by another hotel day should be communicated at the reception desk by 10 a.m. on the day of the planned check-out. The reception confirms the possibility, subject to the availability of rooms. In the case of Guests who do not comply with these Terms and Conditions, the reception may refuse to extend their stay.
If shortening the stay is required, the Guest should communicate the fact to the reception desk by 10 a.m., otherwise the next hotel day is considered to have started.
The current price list of accommodation services is published on the website: www.hotel-mixbud.pl and is available at the reception desk of the Facility: a. Prices shown in the price list include VAT. b. The amount of the price for staying at the hotel depends on the date of stay, length of stay, selected food option, standard and size of the room and discounts received; c. The price presented in the price list may be reduced by discounts granted by the Facility, for those recognized by the Hotel Management as part of a complaint or preferential discounts, or increased by an additional payment in the event of property damage by Guests.
The Guest may not transfer the room to third parties who are not registered at the hotel, even if the period of renting the room has not expired.
Persons not registered in the facility may stay in the hotel room as guests of persons registered at the hotel between 11 a.m. and 10 p.m., after informing the reception in advance.
Quiet time is in force at the hotel from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. The facility may refuse to continue providing services to those who violate this rule.
The Guest is obliged to leave the room and the equipment made available to them in a non-deteriorated condition.
The Guest is financially responsible for any damages, destruction, caused by their behavior or the behavior of guests hosted by them, or violation of the security of the facility – the material value is determined by the Hotel Management.
Children under the age of 14 may stay at the Hotel under the constant supervision of their legal guardians.
Due to fire safety, the use of open flames, heaters, electric irons and other similar appliances in rooms, which are not part of the hotel room equipment, is prohibited.
Smoking tobacco and other substances is strictly prohibited throughout the Hotel. Smoking tobacco and tobacco products is only allowed outside the building. Those violating this prohibition will be charged a fine of PLN 500.
Hotel towels are not to be used to clean shoes, stroller wheels, etc. Towels soiled due to their non-standard use will result in a fee of PLN 50/towel.
The property provides a free kitchen for self-catering. Hotel Guests are obliged to wash the dishes they use and to segregate waste properly. The facility is not responsible for items left in the communal kitchen and in the fridge. The facility reserves the right to dispose of leftover food if the employee considers it perishable.
The Mixbud facility provides services in accordance with its category and standard. In case of reservations regarding the quality of services, please notify the reception immediately.
The Hotel is obliged to ensure: • conditions for a full, uninhibited and peaceful rest of the Guest, • safety of stay, including keeping information about the Guest confidential, • professional and courteous service, • cleaning the room and performing the necessary repairs of appliances during the Guest’s absence, and in the case of the Guest’s presence, only when they express their consent and wish,
if possible, provide another room or otherwise mitigate the inconvenience in the event the defects in a room cannot be removed
At the Guest’s request, the hotel provides the following services free of charge: – iron and ironing board – luggage storage, – information related to the stay and travel.
At the Guests’ request, items left in the rooms by departing Guests will be sent at the expense of the recipient to the indicated address. The guest orders a courier to the hotel’s address to pick up the items. In the absence of such an instruction, the hotel will store the items for a period of 3 months. After this time, the items left behind will be donated to charity or disposed of.
The hotel facility is insured to the extent specified in the relevant provisions of the Civil Code. The guest is obliged to notify the hotel reception of damages immediately after they have been revealed. The hotel’s liability for loss or damage to valuables is limited. The hotel’s liability is also limited in the event the Guest has not properly secured the room – the room should be checked each time after leaving it.
The hotel is liable for the loss or damage of items brought in by persons using its services to the extent specified in the provisions of the Civil Code.
Selected areas of the Hotel are monitored.
The hotel may refuse to accept a guest who grossly violated the hotel terms and conditions during their previous stay.
Guests have the right to file a complaint if they notice any shortcomings in the quality of services provided by the Hotel.
All complaints are handled by the Hotel Reception desk.
The complaint should be submitted by the Guest immediately after noticing the deficiencies in the standard of services provided by the Hotel in writing (not later than 7 days from its occurrence).
Complaints will be considered in accordance with the applicable law.
The hotel accepts the stay of pets (up to 10 kg) in the room with guests. The stay of pets is associated with additional fees (PLN 50 / day) and signing the terms for the stay of pets in the hotel: a. Pet owners are absolutely obliged to keep their pets tethered when using public areas in the hotel and the adjacent area, and in the case of dogs, additionally wearing muzzles. b. Pet owners are also obliged to maintain cleanliness during walks in the areas adjacent to the Hotel. In the event of soiling or damages caused by a pet, the Hotel may charge the Guest with an additional fee. c. The entry of pets to the Hotel’s catering outlets is strictly prohibited, with the exception of guide dogs for the blind or visually impaired. d. Guests staying at the Hotel with pets are obliged to take care of the pet and not disturb the comfort or safety of other Hotel Guests. Guests who do not provide proper care to their pets may be asked to leave the Hotel. e. The Hotel may refuse to accept animals of the breeds listed in the Regulation of the Minister of the Interior and Administration on the list of breeds of dogs considered aggressive, reptiles, amphibians, arthropods and rodents, as well as other animals considered dangerous by the Hotel Management.
Booking a stay at the Hotel takes place in accordance with the rules described in the Terms and Conditions – booking rules and the Terms for the provision of electronic services, which are available for inspection at the hotel reception, as well as on the website: www.hotel-mixbud.pl
The Guest agrees to the storage and processing of their personal data necessary to perform the hotel service.
The Guest has the right to access their data and rectify, change and delete them at any time.
Providing personal data by the Guest is completely voluntary, but necessary to purchase a hotel service.
In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Act of April 23, 1964 Civil Code (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2016, item 380, as amended) shall apply.
